The Process:

  1. Initial Assessment: Deep dive of existing processes, pain points, documentation (or lack thereof), stakeholders, and systems.

  2. Business Process Proposals and Implementation: Proposals presented for improved business processes. Customer determines which improvements that would like to pursue for implementation. On site support is available as necessary, with expenses covered by the customer.
